Attorney David McBride earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. David has practiced as general counsel for corporations, worked for numerous civil and criminal litigation firms, and has significant experience in successfully handling personal injury and criminal defense cases. He has experience and a proven track record of successful litigation of cases in both Louisiana State Court and in the Eastern and Middle Federal District Courts of Louisiana. Prior to practicing law, David earned a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Care Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and has worked as a Vice President of Operations and Executive Director. Given David’s prior experience, he is accustomed to both representing individuals in the medical field as well as pursuing medical malpractice claims. David has been honored as a Top 40 Alumni Under the Age of 40 by his undergraduate Alma Mater, Dillard University.
